GRP Repairs & Maintenance
Boat building is where it all began for us, the Saltram 20 being our claim to fame. We can carry out any GRP related work from gel repairs, structural work, mouldings, copper coating, the list goes on! If it’s made of fibreglass, chances are we will be able to help.
Launch & Recovery
We can launch, recover and moor your boat using your trailer, or one of our own yard trailers, en-route we can fill up with fuel, so your boat is ready to go for when you are.
Engineering
We cover all aspects of engineering including engine servicing, repairs, maintenance & diagnostics. Steering systems, cable & hydraulic. Trailer servicing and repairs.
Storage
We also offer storage services for your boat & trailer, either outside in our compound or inside in secure containers. Our sister company Rock Self Storage provides domestic & commercial storage.
Electrics
Fancy a few upgrades? From sound systems to fish finders, including full rewires – we do it all. We cover all aspects of 12 volt systems and use a range of products and suppliers allowing us to tailor a setup to your needs.
Winter layup / Spring commissioning
Always the most dreaded part – getting the boat ready for the season and putting it away again. Let us take the strain and carry out the necessary checks and tasks to make sure its ready for the upcoming season, or the winter months.
Shrimpers
We can launch and recover your Cornish Shrimper here at Rock, we use our own trailers meaning yours never have to sea the sail water. We will ensure your boat is rigged, ready and water for you on your mooring. Furthermore, we also offer a collection service if you would rather us collect your boat on our trailer to bring back to base for us to conduct any work you require.
